After a thorough assessment of the many management options available to our community, we’re excited to announce that Rise Association Management Group has taken over full management services for the Tanglegrove Townhouse Condominium Association.

Rise is a locally based management firm who specializes in Houston condominium association management and is looking forward to serving you and your Board of Directors as we work toward our community’s long-term vision.

All homeowners are encouraged to log into the new management portal to gain access to their financial accounts, submit work orders and take advantange of the many other new features offered.

 

Assessment Payment & Remittance

Any assessment payments processed through ACH will continue to do so in June. Additionally, Rise will be able to transfer over all active ACH payments to the new operating account for the Association. Please feel free to continue to drop off your monthly assessment payments directly to the onsite management office. Please note you will need to update the mailing address as below for all future online auto bill pay with your personal bank or mailed checks.

E-check/Credit Card payments

Online recurring e-check and credit card payments can also be set up through your new online portal with Rise. Again, please do not cancel/suspend any recurring ACH payments already set up as these will all transfer over to Rise. You can register your account online and set up payments below.

Management Portal

Register Online

Once you register your account, be on the lookout for an email from [email protected] which will contain website login instructions.

The new portal launched by Rise will allow homeowners access to their financial accounts, submit work orders, report violations, request AMRs, etc. In order to access this system homeowners will need to create a log in to that system.

Our goal is to keep the association’s online presence as simple as possible for homeowners to navigate and ideally have one landing page and require only one login for all of the secure features offered.

But we feel it is important not to delay the release of the very useful features delivered by the new portal.

We will continue to improve the experience going forward.

Unfortunately, we cannot transfer log in information from this website to the portal since passwords are encrypted for security reasons.

Work Order Backlog

We are currently in the process of entering and updating all known work orders since June of last year. Once complete, you will be able to see the status of those when logged into the portal. We are aware that there is a backlog of work to be done and resolving that has been given a high priority by management.

Downloads

PDF Downloads of association records such as Financial reports and meeting minutes will be moved to the portal in the future.
